hi
   Im working with RMA i have .CEL files from NCBI GEO dataset In RMA it is asking for .CDF files how can I get these CDF files
PLZ help

J-Express should be able to find and download the correct .CDF file automatically, if you select this option. .CDF files can also be downloaded from affymetrix.com.

This is normally information that comes with your arrays. If you are not able to find the CDF from a regular web search (at www.affymetrix.com), I reccommend you send an e-mail to your Affymetrix reseller and ask them.
